Cleric Urges Tinubu and ECOWAS to Play Vital Role in Promoting Peaceful Mediation Efforts in Niger

As Gabon joined other African countries with military insurrection that led to the termination of President Ali Bongo Ondimba 14-year rule, the Planter of Christ Apostolic Church, Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain, Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, has asked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his counterparts in Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) to amicably resolve the Niger Republic crisis through dialogue.

Olu-Alo commended members of ECOWAS for their concern, but advised that dialogue should remain the solution to end the impasse. He made the appeal at the Sure Mercy of David Prophetic Day, which took place at Jesus City Camp, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

The cleric said that negotiation was necessary because violence would lead to loss of lives of innocent citizens.
“It is advisable that the two parties reach a compromise that would not lead to war to save the lives of women, children and others,” he said.Olu-Alo applauded Tinubu for his choice of ministers, calling on the appointees to do their work as expected.

He also lauded him for creating the Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy, saying it would help the country’s economy to bounce back.
He advised the president to discipline any minister that handles his or her work with levity.
