Actress Denies Knowing Man Who Sued Her For Refusing Marriage After Spending N396,000

Popular Kannywood Actress, Hadiza Gabon has said she doesn’t know the 48-year-old civil servant who sued her for refusing to marry him after spending N396,000 on her.

The civil servant identified as Bala Musa had told a Shari’a court in Kaduna that he and the actress had been in a relationship and she promised to marry him.

Responding to the allegation, Hadiza who appeared before a Sharia Court, Magajin Gari Kaduna, on Tuesday said that she doesn’t know the man in question and had no relationship with him whatsoever.

Also speaking, Hadiza’s lawyer, Barrister Mubarak Sani Jibril said they have not heard of him but would allow the court to decide the outcome of the case.

“After hearing his allegations, she actually gave her own response which of course according to her, she has never met him, she never knew what happened. He met her on Facebook purportedly owned by her, so, we don’t know anything about that; we have no business with that, we have heard of him, we will allow the court to decide.” Mubarak said.

However, lawyer to the plaintiff, Barrister  N. Murtala, said his client met Hadiza on Facebook and from there they became friends, adding that she promised to marry him and he started spending money on her.

“They met on Facebook, from there they became friends and the lady promised to marry him and he started spending money on her. She denied knowing him, but we have informed the court that we are going to bring witnesses on that,” he said.

The presiding judge, Khadi Malam Rilwanu Kyaudai, then adjourned the case to 28 of June 2022 and granted her bail with the condition to provide two reliable sureties residing in the state.

Former Big Brother Naija Housemate, Boma Akpore has finally opened up on his relationship with co-reality star, Tega Dominic which generated a lot of controversy on social media.

Big Brother Naija alumni, TBoss, has recounted the different trends displayed by women saying she’s fed up with the trend of portraying sexiness in such a vulgar manner.

TBoss stated this via a post on her Instagram story on Wednesday where she narrated the most recent trends saying the latest of them which involves groping of the boobs is getting out of hand.
